Wedding Wish List €1,000 Giveaway 2011 - Terms & Conditions
- Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
- 1st Prize: €500 worth of Denby products, selected by the winner from the products listed on the Denby page of Wedding Wish List - http://Denby.WeddingWishList.ie
- Monthly Prizes: 1 x €50 gift voucher each month for 10 months in 2011.The gift vouchers are valid for use on Wedding Wish List's sister website, www.AllGifts.ie, subject to AllGifts.ie standard terms of use.
- Entry criteria for 1st Prize: to enter the prize draw of the 1st prize, you must use Wedding Wish List for a wedding taking place in 2011, and the list must be used to buy gifts for the wedding couple in 2011.
- Entry criteria for Monthly Prize: to enter the monthly prize draw, you must subscribe to our eZine, have a Facebook account and "Like" the Wedding Wish List Facebook page on www.Facebook.com/WeddingWishList
- Competition ends on 31st December 2011.
- Competition winners are selected randomly by Wedding Wish List staff AllGifts.ie from the list of valid entrants.
- Wedding Wish List judge's decisions are final in all cases. No correspondence will be entered into.
- No cash alternatives to prizes.
- By entering, you agree to have your name published by Wedding Wish List and used for marketing purposes if you win the prize.
- To the extent permitted by law Wedding Wish List, will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of awarding these prizes.
- Wedding Wish List reserves the right to refuse awarding the prize to a person who is determined to have violated the Competition Rules as outlined above.
- Prize winners will be notified by email and prize winners have 30 days to claim their prize, or it shall be forfeited.
- €50 prize gift voucher will be issued by email. The Denby prize will be delivered free of charge within Ireland.
