Prince2 Foundation Certificate, 22-24 March
The 3 day course recommended for those with some basic project management experience – but who wouldn’t feel comfortable or experienced enough to take on the full Practitioner in one go.

This course is recommended for all those in an organisation who want to get a management overview of the concepts, tools and methodologies of Lean and Six Sigma.

Prince2 Practitioner Certificate, 22-26 March
5 day course for fairly experienced project managers (or those with some formal training or real life project management experience).  Days 1-3 cover the Foundation syllabus and exam and then you continue directly to Practitioner level and exam on days 4-5.

This entry-level 3-day course provides an excellent introduction to the latest version (version 3) of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL®).

It covers all of v3 Lifecycle, including Service Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation and Continual Service Improvement.

Working with MS Visio, 26th March
Learn how to use Visio by working through the many practical exercises in the course. Participants will create Process Map Flowcharts, Cross Functional Flowcharts, Organisation Charts, Gantt Charts and apply lessons learned to any other type of Diagram.
